Shipping and Return Policy
DELIVERY POLICY
At Kleeda, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent delivery experience for our customers.
- You may open the package and check your item before the courier leaves. If you rejects the order, you will be charged EGP 70 for shipping cost and it will be paid to the courier.
- Important: Partial returns are not allowed, you must either accept the entire order or return it in full.
- If the order total is above EGP 5000, the extra amount must be transferred in advance, as the courier can only collect up to 5000 in Cash.
- Shipments above EGP 4000 are eligible for free shipping.
Return POLICY
- Reach out to us to request a return. We will send you a courier to collect the item.
- Send back the original item.
- Once we inspect and approve the return, we will send you the cost of the item through Instapay.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packing intact, within 14 days pf receiving your order.
Exchange POLICY
1. Standard Exchange:
- Reach out to us to request Exchange. We will send you a courier to collect the item.
- Send back the original item.
- Once we inspect and approve the return, you can select a replacement.
- Your new item will be shipped as soon as the return is confirmed.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be exchanged in their original condition, with all original tags and packing intact, within 14 days pf receiving your order.
2. Quick Exchange
- You don’t have to wait — simply place a new order right away. Then, request a refund for the original item.
- Once the returned item is received and approved, we’ll process your refund via Instapay.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Send back the original item.
